Farmington, CT, June 20, 2016…General Re–New England Asset Management announced today that it is simplifying its name to New England Asset Management (NEAM™).
Along with the name simplification, NEAM will be introducing a new logo, look, and an updated website with a new web address, www.neamgroup.com.
Bill Rotatori, Chairman and CEO, commented “We felt it was time to represent our firm through a new name, logo, tagline and website that shows exactly who we are and what we aspire to be.”
Chip Clark, President added “This is not just cosmetic for us; it’s a clearer expression of who we are and reflects the value we place on partnership, which is the essence of our brand. While our name and logo may be changing, the premise that we built this firm on is not. Insurance companies are unique institutions that have unique investment requirements which we are dedicated to serving.”
NEAM’s ownership structure and vision remain unchanged, their commitment unwavering. It’s been over 20 years since General Re Corporation (Gen Re) acquired New England Asset Management and NEAM remains proud of their ownership.
Having recently celebrated NEAM’s 30th anniversary, Rotatori observed, “We look forward to the next 30 years, and beyond, of successful collaboration with our clients, our employees, our owner and our valued partners.”
The mission of New England Asset Management (NEAM) is to be integral to the success of their insurance industry clients by providing investment management solutions through a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
